In this video you can see how Nelson Piquet driving the Brabham reacted back in 1982 on similar backmarker incident between him and Eliseo Salazar (ATS) diuring the 1982 German F1 Grand Prix.

Piquet won the drivers title in 1981 and also was the leader of the race and going to lap Salazar in lap 18. The German GP was the 12th race of the season which had 16 races back in 1982. The Brazilian driver already didn't score any points in the previous 7 race, because of retirements and disqualifications.

He didn't get any public service for his furious tirade...

The shoves done by Max Verstappen on Esteban Ocon look tame compared to this video.
