Jul.16 - Lando Norris is struggling to sleep and "not in perfect condition" after being mugged for his expensive watch last Sunday after the European football final.

McLaren supremo Zak Brown, who has contracted covid-19, revealed earlier that his 21-year-old star driver is "traumatised" after the incident at Wembley.

"I'm alright," Norris said at Silverstone.

"But I'm not going to lie - I'm not in perfect condition. I'm just trying to recover and make sure I'm completely ready for the weekend but there's not a lot I can do."

The British driver said he is struggling to overcome the "shock" of the incident and struggling to sleep, but is in fact relieved that he is heading straight into his home race.

"I can take my mind off it and focus on something else - and stop thinking about it," said Norris.

"I guess I was just unlucky, but I'm not the only one this has happened to."

Focus, Lando, focus. You made an innocent mistake showing off your bling in the wrong place. Learn your lesson and move on.

A very mixed interview quite contradictory in places, most 21yr i know cant keep focused on any one thing for more than 20mins with looking at there fones, anyway ive bashed him enough , didn't seem to bother him in fp1 and for the lewis fanboys, roll up, roll up, get your lewis hamilton designed trackie bottoms , the must have fashion item at Silverstone for looking a complete git..., even dearer than the crap that AT sell on there website roll up, roll up .

Not bashing HAM, he remains one of the best but this radio confab during FP1 is priceless.......Hamilton is told the gap to Verstappen is seven tenths on the radio, and he sounds absolutely incredulous. Where on earth can he find that amount of time?

What's up with Georgie Boy.....29 laps and still dead last? Behind M'spin?
