The wet track sure gave the drivers some extra challenge, after just 10 minutes we saw the first of 8 red flags today, as Felipe Massa hit the gravel with his Ferrari F138 and caused the first one. The second red flag was caused by Giedo van der Garde and his Caterham CT02. After only 1,5 hour after the session started, it was Esteban Gutierrez and his Sauber C32 who cause the 3rd red flag.

Lewis Hamilton was fastest with his Mercedes W04 on this wet final day of testing in Barcelona. The rain intensified during lunch hour and was the reason that no one was able to improve their times in the afternoon.
