In the second practice for the 2013 German Grand Prix Mercedes battled with Red Bul for the quickest lap times. Lotus also where doing a good job.
Mark Webber was able to drive 30 quick laps on the medium tyres. Sebastian Vettel drove the quickest lap time on soft Pirelli F1 tyres. Ferrari and McLaren could not make a fist because of graining front tyres.
