Hardest F1 braking point Sepang circuit 2014
The hardest braking point on the Sepang International Circuit lies ahead of turn one. After the long straight the Formula One drivers have to brake hard, slowing by 233 km/h over just 112 metres. The calculated braking energy here is 2,290 kW. The driver is subjected to 4.9 G and has to push with 115 kg onto the brake.
