Jul.23 - Sauber has counted its race drivers out of the 2016 'silly season'.

In the past days, Felipe Nasr has been linked with a move to Williams, while wilder speculation has suggested teammate Marcus Ericsson might be headed to Indycar.

But their Swiss team on Thursday said the pair are both staying put for 2016.

"The extension to the contract is an important step in my career," said Brazilian rookie Nasr.
