The international motorsport federation FIA and Formula 1 have postponed the Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort (May 3), Spain (May 10) and Monaco (May 24) due to the corona pandemic.

The races in Australia, Bahrain, China and Vietnam were already removed from the 2020 calendar earlier this month. It is not known when the races are overtaken.

The FIA has decided to move the summer break in Formula 1 from August to March and April, which means that all teams will need to keep factories closed for three weeks at a time.

The international motorsport federation made that decision because Formula 1 is now suspended due to the corona pandemic. The FIA hopes to reschedule races that cannot be ridden in August.
