Jules Bianchi to replace Luiz Razia's F1 seat at Marussia
Today Marussia has appointed 23 year old Frenchman Jules Bianchi to a race the Marussia MR02 F1 seat for the complete 2013 season.
Jules Bianchi will also participate in the remaining two days of the final pre-season wintertesting in Barcelona this week to get to know the Marussa MR02 race car. So he will be ready for the start of the 2013 season at the Australian F1 GP in two weeks’ time.
After missing out the Force India shoot out the pas week, he was aiming to be Force India's testdriver. This 2013 driving opportunity was more then welcome for for the former Ferrari Driver Academy driver.
Rumours say that the contract with Luiz Razia has been terminated because of money payment issues.
The seat fitting has been done this evening and Jules Bianchi will be driving the Marussia MR02 tomorrow at the Catalunya circuit in Spain.
