Kimi Raikkonen has sent out a strong message to Ferrari by stating he wants to stay at the team for 2017.
The 2007 world champion is out of contract this summer and is rumoured to be leaving, with Ferrari linked with Daniel Ricciardo, Valtteri Bottas and Romain Grosjean.
Raikkonen has impressed so far, although Ferrari have been criticised for their poor start, and the Finn could stay beyond this season.
"I don't know any more,” he said when asked by reporters.
"You guys seem to know a lot every week. It's not my decision in the end.
"I've always said I'm happy to be here and I hope I will be here to help Ferrari to get where we want to get as a team.
"What happens in the future we will see."
Raikkonen’s team-mate, Sebastian Vettel, has thrown his support behind Raikkonen and said he would like to see him remain at the team.
