Stefano Domenicali could be Audi-bound, according to a report in Italy's Autosprint.

Amid Ferrari's struggle at the start of the new turbo V6 era, the 49-year-old Italian was replaced as the Maranello team's boss earlier this year by Marco Mattiacci.

Autosprint is now linking Domenicali with a potential move to Audi, possibly to replace the German marque's current Le Mans team chief Dr Wolfgang Ullrich.
