Adrian Sutil claims he has a contract to drive for Sauber next year, despite the team announcing Marcus Ericsson and Felipe Nasr as their 2015 drivers..
It is believed that Sutil signed a two-year deal when he joined Sauber last year, meaning he could mount a legal challenge after being overlooked.
Dutchman Giedo van der Garde is also angry at not being given a race seat, as he also believes he had a contract for 2015.
Sutil said: “There are certain things to talk about, definitely yes. They’ve confirmed two drivers but it doesn’t mean the drivers are going to drive.”

Speaking to Sky Sports, Sutil added: “The team had made a strange and risky decision so let’s see what the outcome is because the announcement is just an announcement and doesn't mean much to me to be honest.”
Sauber are one of the teams who are said to be financially unstable. This means they will rely heavily on their drivers bringing heavy sponsorship deals. Felipe Nasr is said to be bringing $24 million to the team.
Sutil is now unsure of his F1 future and his career, which started in 2007, could be about to end.
