Sebastian Vettel also drove the fastest lap time during the 2nd practice session and Webber was second fastest with only 0.044 sec. difference.
Massa and Hamilton also did much better lap times then the 1st session. Toro Rosso however aren't very quick yet and where 16th and 17th.
