Fascinatingly mixed up field. Had Fernando stayed with Alpine would he still be second? And Kevin in 4th is good for the US sponsors. What happened to Max ? DNF does not bode well for his mechanics overnight.
DNF?
Verstappen didn't finish his quick laps.
Ah got It, I'm hoping for a classic, angry but controlled Max today but if he's 2nd or 3rd it'll be fine for the WDC and WCC, secretly wishing for an Alonso win
Hopefully there also will be some rain to spice up the race even a bit more.
Leclerc is an enigma. He is becoming unworthy of the hype surrounding him with the continuous dumb mistakes
good quali, with only one driver per team performing, should be good race , pleased for Haas too, Lucy out , and Immediately on the radio whining
If only Max didn’t mess up his first attempt, but luck is part of motorsports, so sometimes it goes against a driver.
Surprisingly many droppers, though, with Mclarens, Stroll, Tsunoda, & Hamilton.
Another surprise was Tsunoda getting out-qualified by De Vries for the first time.
