Weather: 21.9°C sunny & dry

Wind: 2.9 m/s
The final practice had some surprises. Ferrari did their homework and found some extra speed overnight to close their gap of 0.9 sec. to Mercedes by less then 0,3 sec.
Red Bull on the other hand seems to have taken the wrong road in finding speed and has gone backwards. They even were slower than FP2 and ended up as 6th for Pierre Gasly and 9th for Max Verstappen. His team mate of last year, Ricciardo was only 0,2 sec slower than the Dutchman in the Renault.
The Haas team showed great pace with both drivers and leads the midfield. It looks like they are able to repeat their great performance of last year. Hopefully they also trained their pitstop and won't retire the race the same way.
Daniil Kvyat got it together and showed that the STR4 Toro Rosso is quick and drover a similar lap time as Bottas in the Mercedes. Valtteri Bottas had a scrappy last session and found himself on the grass 2 times while cornering turn 15.
Hamilton clocked the fastest lap of the weekend so far. His 1:22.292 min. was some six-tenths faster than his pole time from last year. Sebastian Vettel was the quickest in last years final practice with a 1:26,067 on a damp Albert Park track..
