Moscow, 17 July -- The fourth Moscow City Racing event was held today in the Russian capital and even bad weather could not dampen the spectacle for the race fans as they got close to the action. Fortunately, a break in the torrential rain that began during the night meant the event could go ahead with a slight delay, while the combination of rain and the uneven nature of city streets made for a particularly slippery track.
