Lewis Hamilton dominated the French GP from start to finish, easily beating his Mercedes team-mate, Valtteri Bottas. While Peter puts that outstanding performance into its true context, he also suggests ways in which the current F1 championship could be improved. With drivers like Fernando Alonso and Esteban Ocon on the sidelines, he asks why more isn't done to ensure that we have true intra-team battles - and why we don't have a wider spread of nationalities on the F1 grids.
