The hardest braking point on the Yas Marina Circuit lies ahead of turn 8. The F1 driver decelerates sharply here by 264 km/h over just 133 metres. 2,026 kW of brake power are released in the process. The driver is subjected to 5.09 g and has to push with 129 kg onto the brake.
