Jos Verstappen crashes with his Arrows into the back of the Williams of Juan Pablo Montoya, while Montoya was on the lead and on his way to win his first ever F1 Grand Prix. He was lapping Verstappen.

You people that post videos really need to get your facts correct. Here's my thought, it actually happened in 2001, not 2004 & Jos was in an Arrows car, not a Benneton.
