Long time F1 journalist Peter Winsor tells you his view on how he saw the 2019 Chinese Formula 1 Grand Prix:
It could have been so good for Ferrari: China's a huge market for them; it was the 1000th F1 race; and there was no reason to think that the 2019 SF90 F1 car wouldn't be a race-winner.
Yet, after a promising Friday, qualifying and the race went firmly in the direction of Mercedes. Peter Windsor analyses why this happened - and, in this first of two post-China videos, applauds both Lewis Hamilton's driving and the Mercedes race strategy. Peter also talks about the rise and rise of Charles Leclerc and looks ahead to the Baku race on April 28.
