Silverstone qualifying - why Lewis isn't on pole
Peter Windsor looks back at qualifying for the British GP and offers an explanation as to why Lewis Hamilton won't be starting from pole position for the British GP. That honour went to his Mercedes team-mate, Valtteri Bottas, by the razor-thin margin of 0.006sec - but Lewis does have an extra set of medium tyres set aside for the race. Peter also looks at the situation at Ferrari, where Charles Leclerc strangely ran both Pirelli tyre compounds in the all-important Q2 phase - and comfortably out-qualified his team-mate, Sebastian Vettel, in Q3.
