At Toro Rosso, we regard young people as our future, which is why we run various programmes which offer education and training at the race track and in our factory. One of the ways we do this is by subscribing to the Muner project, the Motor Vehicle University of Emilia Romagna. Muner works across colleges in Ferrara, Reggio Emilia, Modena, Bologna and Parma, in conjunction with local companies that represent the highest levels of the automotive industry in our part of the world.

The programme operates by taking those who have an MA in Engineering, with a motor or motor sport bias and placing them as interns at Toro Rosso. To get a taste of what that life is like, here you can follow Annalisa, who has come through the Muner R&D programme, as she immerses herself in life with our team in the wonderful city of Faenza!
